Cybersecurity Labs

Cybersecurity labs are safe, legal practice environments where you can attack, defend and investigate real systems without putting anyone at risk. They range from browser-based platforms like TryHackMe to your own home lab of virtual machines running Kali Linux and deliberately vulnerable targets.

This collection brings together Cracking Station’s hands-on lab guides: connecting to TryHackMe with OpenVPN on Windows and Linux, beginner rooms, the full Advent of Cyber 2025 series, CPENT v2 lab exercises, Linux command practice, and forensics and OSINT exercises. Each guide walks through the setup, the commands used and what every step teaches.

Written by a certified CEH and CEI instructor, these labs are built for beginners, students and certification candidates preparing for CEH, CPENT, OSCP or Security+. Only practice on labs and systems you are authorized to use.
